GEOPlus Partners is a multidisciplinary engineering consulting firm specializing in geosciences. Our firm was founded in 2016 in Shasta County, California by two registered professionals who have worked together for more than 25 years in Northern California. They have more than 60 years of combined experience in the consulting engineering business. Prior to establishing GEOPlus Partners, the partners were founding owners of GEOPlus Incorporated, which operated from 2005 to 2016.

Traver E. "Corky" Metcalf Jr. is a registered civil and geotechnical engineer with the state of California, and has been active in the consulting engineering business in the North State for over 30 years.
John L. Finnigsmier is a registered Professional Geologist and Certified Engineering Geologist with the State of California and has been active in the consulting engineering business in the North State for over 25 years.
